Target Revenue have to increase and hit the budget are always become problem Sales team at Hotel. Management just know what the owner and Head office need are good performance month by month and make sure get the monthly budget.

Sales team have been given list of monthly budget and this is as barometer to work everyday. Sales person will make  Sales Plan and Action Plan on monthly budget afterward all planning have to implement on Sales Daily Activity.

Sales person also should be know about all planning they have made and it must know some point to get the target, some point as below :

  • Market segment
  • Point of sales to the market
  • Strategy to sell the product
  • Timing

All of this point will help to find how to sell with the correct customer with match strategy and on the best timing. Beside sales person activity in the off line it means do sales, meeting with customer, exhibition etc, Sales person do corporation with online travel to help maximize revenue.

As we know all property will work and do corporation with online travel agent to support their property through online side. Online Travel will have big part on selling one property because with this corporation, Hotel or Villa will not spend much money for marketing expends, just pay for commission based on their production.
